 Introduction – Initial relaxation

Welcome to this meditation to harmonize your chakras, strengthen your aura and reflect peace and empathy.

Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted. Sit or lie down with your back straight and close your eyes.

Bring your attention to your breathing… inhale deeply through your nose… and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Feel how, with each exhalation, your body relaxes more and more.

Breathe again… inhale peace and tranquility… exhale any tension or worry.

Now, imagine a warm light enveloping your entire body. It is your energy, your aura, ready to be filled with balance and harmony.


 Root Chakra (Base of the spine) – Security and stability

Visualize a red light at the base of your spine, like a root connecting you to the Earth.

Feel how this energy gives you stability, security and confidence.

Mentally affirm:  "I am at peace with the world and with myself."

 Sacral Chakra (Lower Abdomen) – Emotions and empathy
