APPROACHES TO PERSONAL QUALITY

                                                                        INTRODUCTION

The Digital Revolution and the urgency for the recovery of the world economy from the crisis of the year 2020 caused by the COVID-19 or coronavirus pandemic and the pronouncement of the Davos Forum, speaking of CONSCIOUS CAPITALISM, which defined the purpose of a company of the fourth industrial revolution: "involving all interest groups in the generation of shared and sustained value, including local communities and society", require a high dose of productivity, which will imperatively lead companies to transcendental changes, especially in human resources, reorienting it with a Massive Transformative Purpose, towards a collaborative approach, thinking of altruistic values for humanity, leaving aside the competitive approach and developing, very especially, the qualities that cannot be replaced with digital mechanisms, complementing with the implementation of risk wages based on the results obtained, which h makes the compensation model fairer for shareholders and workers, including the management team; contributing to a business system that actively participates in Sustainability with more social justice.

A characteristic clearly defined in the modern world is changing. The human being does not adapt lives against the flow and psychologically it is exposed to death earlier than the physical one.

The most important change in the world is the economic opening with all its short-term implications, but with the expectation of great future benefits for most of the population.

To the industrialist who loves to subsist not in another way than the constant search of mechanisms to improve the quality within the norms established, accepting the premise according to which "the quality is designed and done".

Starting off from the very possible human errors, the industrialists must orient themselves to find perfection by means of systems that allow the interaction of the people and the used mechanisms in order to prevent any possible displace in relation to the established norms and to facilitate pertinent remedial actions.

If we accepted that "nobody can give what he does not have", it becomes impossible to speak of total quality, if the people who work in a company do not have it.

The first preoccupation has to be by the development of the human resource as it contributes to improving the quality of life, of course, forming useful people for the society and, productive to the company in particular. Thus little by little, we will be creating an enterprise culture based on a quality criterion, having as a priority the human being.

The principles of life, the frame of reference to obtain the happiness of the being, who serves as the base so that people work well through which the great humanists call TO FLOW, against the term commonly used in our culture "TO FIGH".

Ambiguously our ancestors taught us, that work was made by God as a form of punishment.

This meant a world of completely idle men. We would not be six billion, but double or perhaps triple. As to conjugate this education with "grow and multiply yourselves"?

For the human being, it does not exist a greater blessing than the work; through it, we find an excellent mechanism of personal accomplishment and one pretty opportunity to serve, "he who does not live to serve does not deserve to live".

An important decision of the human being consists of working to taste, enjoying which he does, to the total conscience of the opportunity that he has to serve other beings in a direct or indirect form. Whoever works thus, flows. At least, in that respect and partly the day, is happy.1

It corresponds to the industrialist to provide a suitable atmosphere so that the workers can be made like people. To these, it is called on to give the best thing to them if in his work so that the efficiency and the quality are OPTIMAL. This can be obtained based on a happy life. How to obtain it?

2. PRINCIPLES OF LIVE2

In our formation too many mistakes exist, assignments of good faith. One of them consists of thinking that we came to this world to suffer apparently to gain eternal life. LIES! the natural state of a sound mind is happiness.

The important thing is to look for it inside ourselves and not in the external world; we must focus more on BEING than on HAVING, which has been the fruit of the consumer society that the enslaved man obtains things at whatever the cost.

In search of that happiness, it is important to analyze the life principles, with the object of improving the quality of it. We will do a schematic presentation of each one.

A. HEALTH: based on a pleasant life. The patients suffer and make others suffer, in addition to the high costs of the necessary services and the bitterness of the relatives and friends.

The concept includes the material, spiritual, and social aspects that interact looking for a balance. In order to maintain the body affluent3, we need a healthy mind. The brain is a computer of immense capacity, to the point of which according to the experts, the person who learns to at least use 10% of her /his potential turns into a genius.

Connoisseurs say that the brain has two hemispheres. The left has to do with everything that means to remember and logic; It is like a kind of tape recorder that repeats when ordered; It is the most developed part of the common people, the result of the education received, which places a lot of emphasis on repetition. The right hemisphere has to do with the imaginative, that is, creativity, initiative, exploration of the unknown, and intuition. Out of ignorance, this part has been very little worked by humanity, wasting an excellent mechanism of growth and improvement to achieve well-being.

The researcher, physician, and psychologist Edward de Bono, founder, and director of the ¨Cognitive Research Trust¨ and the ¨Centre for the Study of Thinking¨ created parallel or lateral thinking that provides a great complement to logical thinking, adding an infinite number of ways to get there. to a solution, through different paths as a way to escape fixed ideas that often block creativity. Both methods complement each other. One to create ideas and the other to develop, select and use them.

By ignorance, this part has been very little worked by humanity, wasting an excellent mechanism of growth and improvement to obtain well-being.

The  MEDITATION is a mechanism to develop the brain; using the brain, human beings can reach objectives such as:

  • To remember and to interpret the dreams.
  • Te beings.
  • To control weight.
  • o program the dream periods.
  • To control the vices (alcoholism, drug addiction, etc.
  • To transform us into positive
  • To learn to have a healthy body.
  • To create abundance.
  • To invent in all the fields of science and technology.
  • To develop telepathy.
  • To develop the telepathic.
  • In general, everything has to do with esoteric sciences.

The capitalist society through the publicity has awakened in us the interest by many useless things sometimes developing in us the culture of HAVING "Whatever you have, whatever you're worth" against the DIVINE education which aims fundamentally at the BEING, under the premise that "everything will arrive at us by addition".

The wakes and burials contribute good elements of judgment to understand that simple philosophy. Whoever dies leaves all the land, the only thing that he takes is its spiritual development that is to serve to respond before the Divine justice, the only one that exists because the human is loaded with misunderstandings, fiddles, threats, falsifications, etc.

Everything that the man makes perfect itself as a human being cultivating goodness, tolerance, understanding, empathy, respect, patience, etc.; helps to find inner peace, the authentic health.

One can deceive everyone, but never will be able to deceive himself. Everything that goes against inner peace goes against health, the first principle of life.

The famous Professor Pinker, an experimental psychologist, cognitive scientist, and linguist, speaks of three rules:
The silver rule: do not do to others what you do not want them to do to you.
The golden rule: treat others as you would like to be treated.
The Platinum Rule: Treat others as they would like you to treat them.

B. THE LOVE: it is the essence, the reason for being of the whole of humanity. Whoever loves lives in a superior dimension because it begins to receive love from all the others. It must be pronounced with nature, taking care of and preserving the environment, the species animals, vegetables, and minerals. Nature doesn't request and anything gives it all at least, we must avoid its destruction, with harmful practices in the light of the natural law.

The animals respond with great samples of affection when they feel that somebody loves them as it happens a wild animal to his tamer and what to say of the domestic animals. It is very easy to observe it. The plants respond with flowers and fruits to the affection they receive. They are subjects sufficiently treated by the specialists and the recommendable thing for the current people is the experimentation with the purpose of verifying it directly. Water, them, and talk to the bushes so that it notices it.

The rewarding energy life that is received embracing a tree, walking barefoot on the grass, breathing the pure air, or receiving in their body directly the water that falls of a waterfall. Fortify yourself receiving and penetrating themselves with the solar light (without exaggerating itself).

Enjoy watching the moon and live the pleasant inspiration that feels observing the stars carefully and the sea and beach to understand the immensity of the world and to have a forceful test of the existence of God. Just do it!

Why not take advantage of all the benefits that minerals provide through practices like the moderate drink of thermal waters, bathing in them, the mud masks in all the body; the rest that feels when sleeping in seated gravel, or in a stone. The experts in the matter analyze with amplitude the great benefits that precious stones offer, crystals and quartzes.

To satisfy the curiosity that some readers can experience, an ample bibliography exists on medicinal plants and their healing power, the benefits of the fruits; the beneficial minerals and their effects on humanity; the influence of the stars on living beings, etc.

The previous reflections serve us to learn to love nature. Thus we already preserved it and we lived in harmony with it as luckily it begins to understand humanity and as a note in the government programs. That is to say of the love by some of us and the other human beings. Those are so few that we have close, that is worth the trouble well to learn to love them.

One that loves does not judge, he tolerates; he accepts the others as they are; he is patient with the weaknesses of the others; he shares the good thing when he has it; he offers his services in a spontaneous manner; one does not refuse when he knows that they need it, teaches with affection; he tries to include the point of view of his opponent; or by the others; he works thinking about the benefit that the others are going to receive; he shares the pains of the others without being called, etc. Love is understanding, love is helpful and not envy; love is not boastful or conceited; it is not rude or selfish; does not get irritated or hold a grudge; does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices in the truth. Love forgives without limits, trusts without limits, waits without limits, supports without limits.

In summary, I want to remember the words that once Reinaldo Arroyave Lopera listens to the great teacher "reduce the ten orders to two: first to love God in all things and second to love the fellow human as you would yourself".

This implies the care of not harming anybody and taking advantage of any opportunity to lend a hand.

In other words, we must try to turn ourselves into a channel so that the LOVE OF GOD flows through us towards the other human beings.

C. TO GIVE: all human beings have some or some particular abilities in which he is superior to the others, which indicates that all the people have something to contribute to the others. Knowing itself is the same, basis of wisdom, it allows us to discover our strengths and weaknesses.

Each one must contribute to the best aspect of himself for the benefit of the others. If each one gives the maximum that he can contribute, abundance for all is created. It is a question; to abandon selfishness and to think about a well based altruistic cause. The most common mistake consists of giving expecting to receive something in return. That way of acting generates great frustrations because ingratitude is very common in human nature.

It is important that we make of giving a daily custom taking advantage of all opportunities that appear to us beginning with something as simple as an affectionate greeting, spontaneous attention, a sincere smile; a brotherly hug, an affectionate kiss, and continuing with the material, without telling anybody and without looking who receives, but inspired by that saying of the Bible: "that your left hand must not account of what the right-hand does".
In a third order they do not reach to act but the people who have obtained a certain degree of development that allows to pardon, to give advice, to teach, to love, to govern, and in general everything that implies LEADERSHIP, understanding it as the capacity to be alert.

Parents remember with immense satisfaction the great joy that feels when they give everything to the boy without waiting for absolutely nothing for him; they are those pretty years of childhood when the relationship between father-son is very perfect, much more as when is the father is well prepared. The spontaneity of the boy to give love, to provide affection, and joy are practically indescribable. It is the great happiness that feels that each one is giving the best of himself, a relationship that is much more perfect than between the mother and the son.

As it says in that beautiful prayer of Francis of Asíssi: To give and not receive. This can be verified, simply by teaching to see how much he has learned.

D. UNIFICATION: all the universe is energy that appears under different forms and that it goes on without never destroying itself.

The human being is a circuit of energy whose potential depends on each person individually and whose capacity we can increase based on techniques that we will explain further. That energy affects and alters everything that enters in contact with the person, like the environment, the objects, the animals, and others. Without knowing how nor because we are Intercommunicated with all the beings in nature.

Starting off of cosmic energy, the origin of the entire universe (God) brought forth all human beings. The conscience (core in power) is developed when a body by the fertilization forms and from the same maternal womb it starts to develop the mind, feeding it through the senses (sight, ear, sense of smell, taste, and touch).

The senses are limited in human beings in comparison to animals and for that reason, they are bad sensors and offer very limited information. Thus, the mind creates judgments of values constituting the moral that is money changer depending on the particular convenience. For that reason it explains, for example, that although TO KILL is a heinous crime, society awards the great generals by their feats in the war.
The judgments of values constitute preconceptions of which it brings forth the thought, which constitutes a conscious manifestation. The thought regulates the feelings. These can be pleasant, disagreeable, or neutral and according to them, we act. The way we act constitutes LIFE.

In summary, human beings live according to the circumstances that surround us rather than, the power fields that we have around us. For that reason, it is so important in the development of the human being during the first years of life including, of course, the days in the womb of its mother because they mark the surroundings so that the senses inform their mind. In regression studies one has demonstrated as the immense majority of criminals are the fruit of acts of pleasure without the essential quota of LOVE so that life blooms in all its splendor.

For that reason to arrive at a balanced society, the starting point is the RESPONSIBLE PATERNITY, so that the children receive good feeding, love, education and in general, all the physical and spiritual elements for balanced development. The companies must create pleasant atmospheres in the workplace and first of all, select positive people and try to increase their positivity by means of the different practices from their reach so that positive Interrelation is radiated and contributed when FLOWING to what we talked about before. If we managed to change the way we think, we will change the way we FEEL and everything becomes POSITIVE.

E. PARDON: the limitations of the senses are so many to feed the mind that to us judgments of mistaken values create what many of us prejudge occasions and we are full of hatred, wrath, rages, and other negative reactions.

If he is black, protestant, soccer player, politician, artist, etc., he is bad". Those blazes close the mind to us for all the stranger, the new thing, the different thing and consequently it limits much to us as far as a sound mental attitude.

More serious even though we dragged personal resentments: I am fat, poor, long-nosed, one-eyed, crippled, etc., etc., that can cause limitations to develop the love if same, bases to love others and to get close to God.  TO LOVE IT IS INDISPENSABLE TO PARDON and to pardon it is necessary to forget.

The pardon opens the doors to love and implies forgetfulness. We must start by forgetting the negative feelings that we bring from the maternal womb, continue with those of childhood, and continue with the most recent ones. Sometimes much work by very difficult and complex circumstances that costs us they do not constitute the subject of this occasion.

If the situation is unmodifiable by our own means, the best thing is to seek a professional psychoanalyst so that a regression process helps us to get rid of that; ballast that can cause as much damage to us.

Pardoning ourselves, we were located in the channel of the pride, bases for the self-esteem whom as much they recommend to live happily and to project it to the others. As we are surpassing that stage of personal resentments, we learn to understand the problems of others and it becomes easier for us to pardon.

The common of people by lack of CONSCIENCE, the key to live happily, acts like my great friend Alberto Angel Wineskin, taught me once: "with an automatic pilot on". Then thus acting, we happened over things without giving a thought; we lived loaded on resentments and as dark-brown, we say in our father: "we pardoned our offenses as we pardoned those who offended us".

And we are happily brooding over the offense done to us and we counted on all the exaggeration of the case looking for and obtaining those in favor who also hate with the evil assumption that we are able to "get into" the other and to decipher what he was thinking and what were its intentions etc., etc.

As after all, we must interact with so many and so different people, many of them with little personal qualities, we are exposed to receive personal in some cases and listen to offenses of others to those who interest them that we take sides in favor of the supposed victim.

On time and without giving we are filled with hatred and resentments like a bag ballast. That so serious mistake; that it forms to fill the mind of negative thoughts that as much capacity they clear in agreement with the explained aspect in the UNIFICATION principle that implies the interaction of minds.

The more we free ourselves of resentments the closer we will be of God, the SUPERIOR BEING who pardons us all; that he sent his son, JESUS CHRIST to pardon all our sins.

A miraculous formula exists to learn to pardon: To program the brain so that one remembers the good things only and to cultivate that discipline repeating consciously the words of Francis of Assísi:

"Lord, make me an instrument of your peace
That where there is hatred, let me sow love,
Where there is injury, pardon,
Where there is doubt, faith
Where there is despair, hope
Where there is darkness, light
Where there is sadness, joy
Oh! Divine master!
grant than I may not seek
To be consoled, as to console
That I may not seer to be understood, as to understand
That I may not seek to be loved, as to love
For it is in giving that we receive
It is in that we are pardoned
And it is in dying.
That we are born to the eternal life ".

F. TO MAKE DECISIONS: life is the fruit of decisions; you decide if you are a criminal or a good person if he is a good or a bad song if he studies or not if he works or he is a vagrant. In short, these are examples of the type of decisions that habitually we must make. The important thing is that all selection is oriented to the search for inner peace. Whoever acts with that directive hardly makes decisions of which he must always regret and will maintain what commonly we call peace of mind, because he will never seek to become bad or to do it to the nature or its resemblances, whatever it is the field in which he is acting.

The cause in which you go ahead in the reading of this subject indicates to me that you are a good person and that you want to improve your quality of life. That in case it is a very serious decision and that it implies a great number of changes in his habits, in his customs and ways of behavior that will demand much sacrifice initially to him.

Surely that you are not going to change overnight; a phenomenon of this type implies much certainty to be improving every day, but in the end, you will be so happy that hardly the old scheme will fall.

Cheers!. Now I invite you to reflect on the seventh principle, deliberately left for last because although extremely mentioned by all the therapists of these subjects has seemed the most difficult topic actually and that according to Antony De Melo it is learned through the CONSCIENCE.

G. TO LIVE THE MOMENT: in some way it has to do with pardon, to leave aside the signs of the past pardoning ourselves and all those that offended us.
Everything that happened in history and the best way to do it is living every moment intensely whatever it is the activity that we wish to do.

The human being is not able to do but a thing at a time, we must dedicate to it with all our vital capacity. It is common to be in a film, thinking why we did not go to see another or comparing it with that which we saw some time back: to eat thinking about the misfortune that someone caused me, or about the friend made yesterday, about the good thing that it was to eat the meat of the day before or about the delicacies of last year.

This way of acting constitutes an obstacle to being happy. When one goes to bed one must forget everything and put the mind blank; the dream comes only as a result of that act. Balanced and affluent people do not need sleeping pills.

Whoever works must completely dedicate himself to whatever he is doing maintaining as a backdrop curtain the useful thing that is going to be the product that he is working on or the service that he is lending himself independently of the type of the work question as important that it appears or as humble as it seems.

When he reflects on himself he is due to concentrating on the subject with all his senses to assimilate to the maximum and in general, whatever it is the activity he must concentrate on it.

Another very common mistake is to live thinking about what is going to happen in the future worse and still, almost always with a negative approach from where are the preoccupations coming from that enough damage was done. Who lives the moment this far from falling into this mistake and surely learns to face situations calmly as they appear.
It is important to know that living in the moment, focused on the present, requires being very clear that "apart" must be applied to the forecast for the future. The natural is a life with an expectation that has to do with macroeconomic variables and especially with the personal care of each individual. All large companies are constituted by long-term expectations that imply well-founded projections of growth and profitability that make investment attractive, respect sustainability, improving the quality of life of their human group and that of their families by practicing corporate social responsibility. (CSR), a very topical subject in administration. Accepting the future encourages investment in research and development, knowledge, insurance companies, late-yield crops, capitalization plans, and in general, all investments in infrastructure and technology.

In the measurement to which we do these principles as a life norm, we will come closer and yearn for more happiness.

The "worst" defects of the human being:

It is important to remember that all human beings have defects and virtues, and that the recognition and search for personal improvement are important steps on the path to spiritual growth and individual and collective well-being; They can vary depending on each individual's perspective and values, but some of those that are commonly considered harmful include:
1. Egoism: the tendency to put one's own interests and needs above others, without considering their well-being.
2. Greed: the insatiable pursuit of wealth, power, or material possessions at the expense of others and without regard to ethical consequences.
3. cruelty: the lack of empathy and compassion towards other human beings or animals, manifesting itself in acts of physical, emotional or psychological violence.
4. Lack of empathy: the inability to put yourself in the shoes of others and understand their emotions and experiences.
5. intolerance: the refusal to accept or respect differences in opinion, beliefs, cultures or identities, and the tendency to discriminate or marginalize those who are different.
6. You envy, feel resentment or desire for what others have, instead of celebrating the achievements and successes of others.
7. Hypocrisy: acting in a way that is contradictory to one's own values or principles, or criticizing others for behaviors that one practices oneself.
8. Lack of responsibility: Avoiding assuming the consequences of one's own actions and blaming others or external circumstances for errors or failures.
___________________________________________
1. The great German philosopher, Immanuel Kant (1724-1804) teaches that happiness is a duty of the human being; supreme commitment that forces us to be worthy of deserving it. Happiness, in the Kantian world, does not depend on destiny or on others, but on oneself, on the person, that is, on his own behavior and character. It is the natural state of a healthy mind; It comes from living intensely in the moment and for each person it is a particular concept depending on the resources at their disposal, without envying anyone. Previously, inner peace must be developed, the faculty of being and by which you recognize yourself and manifest your self-love to know the world and act according to your purposes. It is a "state of pleasant spiritual and physical satisfaction". It implies self-knowledge, which allows you to develop your life project, the basis for being happy as you progress towards well-defined objectives, valuing yourself a lot as you progress in the goals you have set. When we experience that the momentum increases in us and we feel with a lot of vital energy; When we verify that we have overcome what oppressed us, we feel a moment of happiness. In the long term, it is the maximum of a human being, as he reaches full development, fully with himself and with the order of the cosmos. For this, each person must find his strengths and practice them a lot to increase them more and make his life an eternal present, without anguish of the past or fears of the future.
It is a value that can and should be developed from the earliest years, taking advantage of all the opportunities that life presents us, beginning by displaying a positive mentality, overcoming all the obstacles that come our way, no matter how big they may seem; being clear that it begins with education, using all possible means; accepting that we can learn from others, keeping in mind that there will always be options; taking care of health with adequate nutrition and taking advantage of the sun to exercise; dressing appropriately for the occasion; be thankful; cultivating and increasing friendships; learning to rest; diminishing ambition; practicing forgiveness; not envying anyone, being humble, sharing to avoid dangerous accumulations and other actions that occur to us, always cultivating inner peace.
